Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at STOCTECH. We strive to provide high-quality IT hardware and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact Us and send your item to the address provided by our customer support team.
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Contact Us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Software downloads
- Custom-configured products
- Items that are damaged through customer misuse
8. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged.
